Delivery FAQ

How much is the delivery fee?

• Delivery fee is $4.6 per location (only within Singapore). Delivery fee is waived for the orders above SGD$60 (only within Singapore).

 

Can I collect my order?

• Yes, self collection is also available but only within our medical aesthetics operating days and hours. And it is free of charge.

 

Can I do Cash On Delivery (COD)?

• All the orders need to be paid once you confirm your order. Hence, COD is not allowed.

 

How do I check my order status?

• You can visit our website to check for delivery tracking ID (not for self collection).

For self collection order, you will be notified via a phone call when your order/s is ready for collection.

 

Can I cancel my order?

• Once your order is notified with a tracking number, it is not eligible for cancellation, exchangeable, returnable. And all the purchased items are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
